Özbek – A Village Where History, Nature, and Modern Living Intertwine
Hidden among Urla’s most treasured corners, Özbek Village stands out with its rich history and warm-hearted locals, embodying a character all its own. The villagers proudly say, “We were nomads in the beginning,” reflecting the heritage passed down from their ancestors.
Contrary to what its name may suggest, the village was founded by Caka Bey, a leader of Turkmen-origin Oghuz tribes. The original settlement was in a place called “Yuva,” but a devastating plague forced the people to migrate to the fertile lands of present-day Özbek. The village’s name derives from Uzbek, Caka Bey’s loyal commander — a name that evolved into “Özbek” over time through local dialect.
Today, Özbek has become one of Urla’s most cherished residential areas — with its stone houses, clean air, genuine neighborly spirit, and a life deeply connected to nature.
At the very heart of this unique atmosphere, in the village center, rises our new project: Mevsim Urla, built on a 2.4-decare plot. Blending traditional textures with modern architecture, it offers a lifestyle that respects the past while embracing the future.
Comprising 8 exclusive villas, the construction of Mevsim Urla is progressing rapidly. Every detail has been carefully planned. With its nature-integrated architecture and exceptional living comfort, Mevsim Urla is not just a house — it’s a new way of life.
