Olive Garden Project – Where Elegance Meets Nature in Urla

According to Evliya Çelebi’s Seyahatname, the city was founded by "Urlice," the daughter of the King of Cydaphe, and was named “Urli.” Kuşçular, once a village and now a neighborhood since 2014, was recorded as “Kuşcılar” in the Ottoman Turkish Village List dated 1928.

Urla’s Bağ Yolu (Wine Route) achieved international acclaim by being listed among the “Top 100 Sustainable Destination Stories of 2024” by Green Destination. The first stop on this gastronomic journey is Kuşçular, home to our timelessly stylish OLIVE GARDEN project. Here, we offer the opportunity to continuously experience the refined flavors of the region within a boutique living space consisting of four semi-detached villas.

Designed for year-round comfort, our homes feature natural gas combi boilers and underfloor heating. The tall living room ceiling with solid beech wood continues into the main and upper bedrooms, showcasing an exquisite blend of stone and wood craftsmanship.
